The course fee is $250 for the 4-week Series. Half-day workshops are $150 (partners are free). You are welcome to come with your partner or alone, as a retreat for your pregnant soul! Registration form and non-refundable deposit of $100 (or payment in full for the 1/2 day workshop) is due 7 days before the start of the class to reserve your space. Class size is limited! Birth Doulas Continuous labor and birth support at your place of birth - whether, home, hospital or birth center. We provide 24-hour on call service; a back-up doula; an extensive prenatal consultation in the comfort of your home; and a postpartum home visit. A postpartum circle for new mothers and their babies. Come together in this sacred circle to meet new moms, share stories and experiences; discuss various topics related to your transition into motherhood. This circle offers mothers compassionate care and support in a loving and nurturing environment.

Facilitated by Kelli Deflora, mother of two children, certified doula and Starseed Yoga's director of perinatal yoga.

Kelli's class provides new mothers and infants a wonderful way to restore their bodies after labor. A safe and nurturing environment is provided for you and your baby.

No pre-registration is needed for either class. Bring your belly or your baby and diaper bag; feeding your baby is expected and encouraged!
